Baratza Sette 30 S1
The Sette 30 AP is suitable for all brewing methods, from Chemex to Espresso, through to advanced espresso machines. The Sette 30 AP has a macro only adjustment for grind size, offering 31 steps of adjustment. This grinder incorporates the AP burr, which is featured in the Sette 270/270W grinders.
Designed and perfected in Liechtenstein over a period of 8 years, this technology sets a new standard in simplicity, efficiency, and durability. This new mechanism has the outer burr rotate and the inner burr is fixed, a truly revolutionary design. The design of this mechanism doubles the efficiency of similarly sized grinders. Coffee passes straight through the grinder, vertically, and drops directly into the grounds bin or your portafilter. The Sette 30 has a stationary device holder that allows you to remove and re-orient the arms to grind directly into the supplied grounds bin or a portafilter.

We try and get our coffee to your door in not only the most cost effective way but also in a method that won't affect your coffee. To be able to do that we use a number of courier companies depending on the scenario. We've also found that in some regions we get better service from a particular company, so we'll stick with them for deliveries in those areas.
In most instances our coffee once roasted is delivered in 2 or 3 working days, So if you place your order in time for the Monday roast you can expect it on Wednesday or Thursday most of the time, for rural deliveries and any occasional freight delays it can take 4 or 5 days to get to you. Due to COVID-19, delays in delivering are expected.
