All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice. This website is owned and operated by AORAKI COFFEE LIMITED, a New Zealand registered business. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions. AORAKI COFFEE LIMITED may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. AORAKI COFFEE LIMITED reserves the right to limit the quantities of product which you, your family or any group can purchase. AORAKI COFFEE LIMITED will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, AORAKI COFFEE LIMITED will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery AORAKI COFFEE LIMITED will notify its customers within 24 hours.



Payment

All prices are displayed on the site are in New Zealand Dollars. Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery. Goods will be shipped via courier.



Export Restrictions

AORAKI COFFEE LIMITED will deliver to addresses within New Zealand only. Goods will not be shipped to other destinations without confirmation.

 

GST

GST is payable on all purchases and is included within the purchase price and all products display a GST inclusive and GST exclusive price.



Privacy

AORAKI COFFEE LIMITED is committed to complying with New Zealand legislation governing privacy of personal information by businesses. AORAKI COFFEE LIMITED is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.

All credit card payments are processed through DPS's secure transactions system. DPS conducts diligent risk assessment on all payments to safeguard both buyers and sellers. DPS conforms to industry standards for security of capture, processing and storage of payment, financial and personal information. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your payment will be secured by your bank's security systems.



Warranties and Refunds

AORAKI COFFEE LIMITED warrants solely to the original end user purchaser ("Purchaser") that every AORAKI COFFEE LIMITED product ("Product") purchased from AORAKI COFFEE LIMITED will be free from defects. AORAKI COFFEE LIMITED reserves the right not to process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. Order(s) cannot be cancelled once an order has been shipped.

If for any reason your purchase cannot be fulfilled after your credit card has been charged, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded by bank transfer.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason please get in touch with us immediately.



Shipping Policy

We only ship within New Zealand. Sorry but our beans are far too precious to send internationally.

  • Delivery is via third party transport.

  • Please provide us with a physical address for delivery, we cannot always get delivery to Post Office boxes..

  • All deliveries are door to door. Ideally you should be available to receive goods and sign for them however if you are not available, the goods will be returned to the local depot for your collection

  • Shipping address cannot be changed once an order(s) has been shipped.

  • As the transport companies are third-party companies, we may be unable to control their delivery time.

  • The transport company is unable to ring you prior or during delivery.

  • If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. However if you are not available to sign for the goods, they will be returned to the local depot for your collection.

  • Order(s) cannot be cancelled once an order has been shipped.

  • Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 1 – 5 days for delivery.

  • Any applicable shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
